What data sources does Knowloom support?
GitHub, Slack, Linear, Jira, Google Drive, and Notion. More integrations are on our roadmap.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is never used for training. It is only processed to generate answers for your team.
How long does initial indexing take?
Most workspaces are fully indexed within 15–30 minutes depending on size. You can start asking questions while indexing is in progress.
Can I control which repositories or channels are indexed?
Yes. You choose exactly which sources to connect and can revoke access at any time from Settings.
What happens if I exceed my free tier limits?
You'll receive a notification at 80% usage. After the limit, queries are paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.
